Transforming our Town Centres

I promised funding would come during the 2019 General Election, now the Conservative Government and I are delivering it.

£62.6 million has been secured from the Town Deal for Kirkby and Sutton Town Centres.

£6.2 million has also been secured from the Future High Streets Fund.

Including £1.5 million from the Accelerated Towns Fund.

We’re also in the process of bidding for over £20 million for Eastwood.

I will fight tooth and nail for Ashfield & Eastwood to receive as much funding as possible, and will work with Ashfield District Council to ensure that this huge sum of money is spent properly and where it is needed most.
