'Helen's Law' bill debate

Helen McCourt was murdered in 1988 and her body was never recovered. The murderer refuses to say where the body is and was released on parole last week. Helen's mum Marie was in the public gallery this week to watch the Prisoners (Disclosure of Information About Victims) Bill being debated. You can watch my speech here:
